Haryana Police Constable Syllabus

Haryana Police Constable PST 

Physical Screening Test (PST) is qualifying round designed to assess a candidate's physical fitness and endurance. Only those who pass this test move on to the Physical Measurement Test. The criteria for the PST are as follows:

Candidates who clear the Physical Screening Test proceed to the Physical Measurement Test (PMT). They must meet the height and chest measurement standards set by the Commission. The details are:
