SSC CPO 2025 Physical Dates Out: The Staff Selection Commission Eastern Region has announced the SSC CPO 2025 Physical Dates in a notice released on 7 July 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the online exam. They need to appear for the SSC CPO physical test. Female candidates need to appear for the physical test on 21 July 2026. SSC has scheduled the CPO physical test for the male candidates from 22 July to 25 July 2026.

SSC ER has released separate PET/PST dates for male and female candidates. The reporting time for all candidates is 6:00 AM.

SSC ER has informed candidates that the PET/PST call letter will be available online from 17 July 2026. The call letter will not be sent by post.
Candidates can download the call letter from the official SSC ER website. It is important to check all details mentioned on the admit card, such as the candidate's name, roll number, date of the test, reporting time, and venue.
Candidates should keep a printed copy of the call letter with them while visiting the test centre.

Male candidates who have opted for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police must also carry a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence for motorcycles and cars. Candidates who fail to produce the driving licence will not be considered for the post of SI in Delhi Police.
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) checks a candidate's fitness and physical ability. The test generally includes activities such as running, long jump, and high jump.
The Physical Standard Test (PST) checks physical measurements such as height and chest measurements for male candidates. Candidates must meet the required standards to move to the next stage of the recruitment process.
SSC CPO PET/PST is the qualifying status for candidates who have passed the online test.
