1. Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University as on or before the cut-off date

2. If they've retired, been discharged, or relieved after completing their engagement period, or if they voluntarily left, or due to inefficiency, and they've received a gratuity and a pension from the Indian Territorial Army, they're considered.
