UP Board Class 12th Physics Syllabus 2025–26 Marks Distribution

Physics is allotted 100 marks under the UP Board Class 12 Physics Syllabus 2025-26. The syllabus is divided into two parts, namely Parts A and B. 70 marks are allotted for the written exam, and the remaining 30 marks for practical assessment. 

The syllabus contains details related to the important chapters of Physics and the chapter-wise mark distribution. It can be used by students to plan their studies around the high-weightage areas.

 There are 5 units in Part A of the Physics Syllabus and 4 units in Part B. Part B is also allotted 35 marks, of which the Optics chapter has been accorded the highest, 13 marks.
