OPSC OCS Interview 2026

Candidates who qualify for the Mains Examination are invited to the Personality Test (Interview), which carries 250 marks. This is the final stage of the OPSC OCS selection process.

The interview is designed to assess your overall personality rather than your academic knowledge alone. During the interview, the panel evaluates your communication skills, decision-making ability, leadership qualities, mental alertness, awareness of current affairs, understanding of Odisha and national issues, and your suitability for a career in the civil services.

Preparing for the interview requires regular newspaper reading, awareness of current events, knowledge of your academic background, and confidence in expressing your views clearly and logically. A balanced personality, positive attitude, and sound judgement can significantly improve your performance in this stage.
