UPPSC Selection Process 2025
The preliminary exam, main exam, and personal interview are the three phases of the UPPSC Selection Process . Candidates need to qualify for all the phases of the examination to get selected by the Commission for posts like SDM, DSP, BDO, BSA, etc. The candidates who will be called for the UPPSC main exam are those who passed the UPPSC 2024 Prelims Exam. The candidates who received the highest scores in the main exam and the interview stage will be shortlisted for various jobs in the state of Uttar Pradesh, and their names will appear on the final UPSC 2025 Merit List .

UPPSC Salary 2025
The UPPSC Salary is set by experience and post-level according to the 7th Pay Commission regulations. The junior and senior scales are the two Salary Structures. The monthly pay is determined by the corresponding level.
For all posts under the Combined State Services, the pay scale ranges from Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4600 (except Naib Tehsildar, whose Grade Pay is Rs. 4200) to Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.
