The Assam TGT examination will be administered to candidates who have been selected by the committee based on their educational qualifications. The examination will have a duration of 2½ hours and will consist of 140 questions, each worth 1 mark. - The merit list for Graduate Teacher positions will be determined based on the cumulative score obtained in the TET cum Recruitment Test, adhering to the selection criteria
- In situations where multiple candidates have secured the same total marks, the following hierarchy will be applied to determine the final merit
- The candidate with a higher score in the written examination will be given preference.
- If the written exam scores are identical, the candidate with an earlier date of birth will be selected.
