The minimum educational qualification for Directorate of Education is-
Senior Secondary (10+2) with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR other equivalent qualifications as mentioned in the PDF.
Pass in CTET conducted by CBSE.
Must have passed Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or English at Secondary level
For New Delhi Municipal Council:
The minimum educational qualification for New Delhi Municipal Council is-
12th pass with 50% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST).
2 years Diploma in Primary Education/JBT/DIET/B.El.Ed.
Must have passed Hindi in 10th Class.
CTET qualification required.

The minimum qualifying marks for the DSSSB PRT Recruitment 2025 examination vary by category. For all Technical/Teaching posts, candidates must secure the mandatory minimum qualifying marks only in the domain subject-specific section (Section-B). There is no minimum qualifying mark in Section-A. The combined marks of both Section-A and Section-B will be used to prepare the final merit list.
