Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Go to the official HPRCA website hprca.hp.gov.in.

Step 2: Go to the recruitment notification: Look for the JBT recruitment notification, which should be visible on the official website.

Step 3: Registration: Candidates must register on the website if they fit the qualifying requirements. Usually, this involves providing basic contact and personal details.

Step 4: Complete the Application Form: After registering, provide correct information on the online application form.

A correction window will be available for seven days, starting three working days after the last day for submitting ORAs, subject to payment of the fee.

At the time of document verification, or anytime the HPRCA requests it to determine applicants' eligibility, the downloaded copy of the online application form, the required original certificates, and self-attested photocopies must be provided.

• Applicants must first register on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal before completing the ORA.

• Before completing the ORA forms for the relevant position or posts, applicants must carefully read the instructions and other terms and conditions.

• Candidates should keep in mind their qualifications, as they will be needed for any future reference related to the test or examination, downloading call letters or roll numbers, submitting fee details, etc.

• To avoid any issues, applicants should consider providing their working email address and cellphone number that they used to complete the online recruitment application (ORA) and make sure they continue to work until the selection process is over.  

• Candidates must complete the ORA forms with accurate and comprehensive information to prevent their candidacy from being rejected. Giving false information might make the applicant unable to apply for the provided position.

• Payment for examinations and other fees for processing may only be made online.
