Eligibility is based on educational qualifications tailored to the specific level of teaching the candidate intends to pursue
Nationality: Candidate must meet the domicile requirements specified by the Government of Haryana for category-based fee concessions.
Age Limit: Candidates must satisfy age requirements as per the Service Rules of the School Education Department, Haryana.
Educational Qualification:
Level-I (PRT, Class I-V): Senior Secondary with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or 4-year B.El.Ed.
Level-II (TGT, Class VI-VIII): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in the relevant subject and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
Level-III (PGT): Post Graduate degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject and a B.Ed.
Note: 5% relaxation in minimum qualifying marks is provided for SC/BC/PH candidates of Haryana.
