3. The application must be submitted through the OTR Based Online Application System.

4. Candidates working as teachers at the primary or upper primary level must enter their eHRMS code.

5. Special Educators (CWSN) must provide their active CRR number along with the RCI registration certificate number.

6. Candidates should check all information carefully while registering and submitting the application.

7. The application form must be filled in English.

8. After the application is finally submitted, changes in details such as category, sub-category, date of birth and gender will not be permitted.

9. Candidates must upload their photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

10. All certificates/documents to be uploaded must be in PDF format.

11. After completing the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed examination fee.

12. After fee payment, candidates must preserve the fee receipt.

13. Completing OTR and fee payment alone will not make the application valid. The application form must be completed by the last date.
