How to get UPTET Certificate 2023

Candidates who will pass the UPTET 2023 Exam by getting the required qualifying marks must know how to get the UPTET certificate 2023. UPTET Certificate is not issued online. Candidates need to visit the District Institutes of Education and Training (DIET) office to collect it. DIET is situated in every district of Uttar Pradesh. The qualified candidates will receive a notification issued by the UPPEB to collect their UPTET certificate 2023 from the respective DIET in Uttar Pradesh. The important points regarding the collection of UPTET certificates are mentioned as follows:

• UPTET certificate will be obtained from DIET in the districts of Uttar Pradesh.
• After the UPTET results declaration, qualified candidates will be informed about their respective District Institutes of Education and Training from which they can collect the UPTET certificate.
• Candidates need to bring the following documents to collect the UPTET certificate:
• Registration number
• UPTET admit card
• Original educational certificate
• Caste certificate
• Photo identity card
• UPTET certificate 2023 will be issued to the eligible candidates after the successful completion of the document verification process by the officials of the District Education and Training Institutes.
• Candidates with some discrepancies in the original documents will not get the UPTET certificate till the issues get resolved.

• Candidates can apply for the rectification in the UPTET Certificate 2023 within two years of obtaining the original UPTET certificate.
• The candidate should apply to the District Education and Training Institute and Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority through the District Education Officer for error rectification in the UPTET Certificate.
• Request for correction in UPTET certificate can be made through payment of Rs.500/- using a demand draft issued by any nationalized bank payable to The Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, 23 Allenganj, Prayagraj.
• The rectification is allowed only in respect of the errors found in the candidate’s name, father’s name, and mother’s name.
• No changes will be done in the photograph, caste, and special reservation category of the candidate mentioned in the UPTET certificate.

UPTET 2023 Procedures for Issuing Duplicate Certificate

In case a candidate requires a duplicate copy of the original UPTET Certificate due to misplacement or damage, he/she can obtain the same following the procedures given below.

• The candidate needs to inform the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj 23, Prayagraj through an application requesting to issue a duplicate UPTET 2023 certificate.
• The candidate must submit the relevant documents related to UPTET 2023 certified by a gazetted officer.
• A demand draft of Rs.500 issued by any nationalized bank has to be submitted along with the application for a duplicate UPTET certificate.

The candidate should submit relevant documents while applying for the duplicate UPTET certificate as given below.

• Attested copy of High School Examination Certificate
• Certificate of High School for educational qualification
• Copy of UPTET original certificate
• Newspaper release of loss certificate (original copy)
• Copy of FIR reporting the loss of original UPTET certificate
