WBSSC Assistant Teacher Syllabus 2025: WBSSC Assistant Teacher Syllabus 2025 will cover subject matter in the Sciences and Humanities at the high school level (Classes IX-X and XI-XII), such as Arithmetic & Mensuration, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and English.
There will be 35,726 vacancies for the position of Assistant Teacher (Classes IX & X and or Classes XI & XII) at Schools across West Bengal.
WBSSC SLST Exam 2025 will be held on two dates: 7th September 2025 for Classes 9 and 10, and 14th September 2025 for Classes 11 and 12. Both exams will be conducted offline in a single shift from 12 noon to 1:30 pm. The exam is for recruiting Assistant Teachers for Secondary and Higher Secondary schools in West Bengal. WBSSC SLST Exam Pattern 2025 consists of a written test of OMR pattern, which contains 60 multiple-choice questions (1 mark each), which must be completed in 1 hour. There will be no negative marking. The selection process will have an exam where you have 60 multiple-choice questions of 1 mark each, marked 60 (OMR Pattern), academic qualifications (10 marks), teaching experience (10 marks), oral interview (10 marks), and lecture demonstration (10 marks) out of 100 marks.
