GSSSB AAE Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for GSSSB Addl. Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below:

GSSSB AAE Educational Qualification

The minimum essential qualification is as under:

• A Diploma in Civil Engineering obtained from the Technical Examination Board or any recognized university or institution
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering are NOT eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have a basic knowledge of computer applications and have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi, or both.

GSSSB AAE Age Limit

As on 27th May 2025, the minimum age of applicants should be 18 years and the upper age should not be above 33 years. Age relaxation to reserved categories will be provided as per the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.

GSSSB AAE Salary 2025

Candidates appointed for the position of Additional Assistant Engineer through GSSSB Recruitment 2025 will receive the initial fixed salary of Rs. 49,600 per month for the first five years. On completion of five years of service, they will be placed on the pay scale of Rs. 39,900-1,26,600 on Level 7.
