In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will earn a range of perks and benefits including Dearness Allowance, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Leave, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc. as per Company Rules. Perquisites are presently paid @35% of running Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System. An annual increment of 3% shall be admissible on the prescribed basic pay.
