HPCL Selection Process 2025

The selection procedure for HPCL Recruitment 2025 consists of the following stages:

  • Computer-Based Test: Candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria would undergo a Computer-Based Test or a Written Examination, which is an objective-type exam consisting of two main sections: General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning) and Technical/Professional Knowledge relevant to the applied post. Candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks to proceed to the next stage.
  • Group Task/Group Discussion/Skill Test: Candidates who clear the written test will be called for Group Task / GD and Skill Test to evaluate their communication skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify for the previous stages will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview to assess their technical knowledge, professional skills, and overall suitability for the role.
  • Pre-employment Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates are required to undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the health standards required for the posts.
