Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements and wish to apply for Executive (Civil) positions need to send the application form neatly typed on A-4 size paper in the prescribed format to Joint General Manager/ HRM, IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, C-4, District  Centre, Saket, New Delhi - 110 017 accompanied with the copy of following documents:

• Matriculation certificate for DOB proof.
• All marksheets and certificates of essential qualifications and other additional qualifications.
• Experience Certificate issued by CPSE should clearly mention the service period with the nature of work.
• Proof of turnover of the construction CPSE for the Financial Year 2023-24 or 2024-25, where the candidate has worked/is working for 2 years.
• Preferably, NOC/Forwarding of the application through the proper channel of the present organization (Please refer to clause A-2).
• Community certificate/Ex-Serviceman certificate/J&K certificate (if applicable).
• Valid ID proof (PAN/Driving License/Voter ID card/Aadhar).

IRCON Executive Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for the IRCON Executive (Civil) position, candidates must possess the minimum essential qualification as mentioned below:

• Essential Qualifications - Full-time Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a reputed Institute/ University approved by AICTE. 
• Experience - Candidate must have a minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in execution of Highway projects/Railway Track projects in construction CPSEs (Central Public Sector Enterprises) having turnover of not less than 1000 crores in any of the last two Financial Years (2023-24 or 2024-25), as regular/contractual employee on roll of CPSE.
• Maximum Age - 33 years as on 1st May 2025.

IRCON Executive Selection Process 2025

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be called for the Written Test or Interview. Upon selection, candidates will be posted anywhere in the Projects/Offices of the Company within India or abroad as per the company’s requirement.

IRCON Executive Surety Bond

The selected candidate will have to execute a bond of Rs. 3 lakhs to serve the company for at least three years.
