NSPCL Selection Process 2025
The selection process for NSPCL Assistant Officer Recruitment 2025 involves a Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal Interview. The final selection will be done based on the Online Test followed by an Interview which covers a weightage of 85% and 15% marks respectively.
Furthermore, selected candidates who belong to the General category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rs. 2,50,000/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD categories) to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining the company.
NSPCL Assistant Officer Salary 2025
Selected candidates will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000/- per month. The basic pay at the initial level will be Rs. 30,000. The pay scale is subject to various allowances, including dearness allowance, other perquisites, allowances, terminal benefits, etc., as per the company norms.
