RRB JE Selection Process 2026 

The RRB JE recruitment process consists of four stages. Candidates must qualify at each stage to become eligible for the next phase of the selection process. 

  • First Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT 1)

  • Second Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT 2)

  • Document Verification (DV)

  • Medical Examination (ME)

The final selection is based on performance in the recruitment process and successful completion of document verification and the prescribed medical standards.

RRB JE CBT 1 Syllabus 2026 

The RRB JE Syllabus for CBT 1 is common for all notified posts. CBT 1 is a qualifying screening examination used to shortlist candidates for CBT 2. The marks obtained in CBT 1 are generally not considered for the final merit list.
