To be eligible for the CSIR CSMCRI Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements outlined below:

Project Associate I (PAT-I):

• Qualification: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Botany, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
• Desirable: Basic knowledge of Botany/Plant Biotechnology/Biochemistry and laboratory skills.
• Age Limit: 35 years as on the date of interview (relaxation as per CSIR rules)

Project Assistant I (PA-I):

• Qualification: SSC / 10^th Plus ITI (Fitter/AOCP)
• Desirable: Knowledge of routine laboratory work, like glassware cleaning/equipment care
• Age Limit: 35 years as on the date of interview (relaxation as per CSIR rules)

Project Assistant II (PA-II):

• Qualification: A Graduation degree in Science with Plant Sciences or Chemistry as one of the subjects.
• Desirable: Experience in laboratory-based R&D work.
• Age Limit: 35 years as on the date of interview (relaxation as per CSIR rules)
