NABARD Grade A Selection Process 2025: NABARD Grade A Selection Process 2025 consists of three major steps: the Preliminary Exam, the Mains Exam, and the Interview. Candidates initially sit for the Prelims, an online objective test on subjects like Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Decision Making, General Awareness, Economic & Social Issues, and Agriculture & Rural Development.
Only the Prelims qualifiers are invited to sit for the Mains Exam, consisting of objective and descriptive type questions on General English, Economic & Social Issues, and Agriculture & Rural Development. The last phase is the Interview, in which the candidates are evaluated on their knowledge, personality, and appropriateness for the position. Once all three stages are successfully cleared by the candidates, the last merit list of selected candidates is released based on performance in Mains and Interview.
While getting ready for the NABARD Grade A Vacancy 2025, candidates must well know the selection procedure. NABARD Grade A recruitment takes place in three primary stages: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Interview. Both Prelims and Mains are computer tests; Prelims contain only objective-type questions, whereas Mains have both objective and descriptive types.
The candidates clearing the computer-based tests will be called for the interview stage, which is the last round of selection. Once all three rounds are done, NABARD will release the final merit list of selected candidates on its website.

The third phase will include a personality test to ensure that the candidates are proficient in the post for which they are applying. It is of 50 marks and is the final step of the selection process.
Applicants who pass the Prelims and Mains stages shall be called for NABARD Grade A document verification. Here, the candidates need to provide original documents and photocopies for the verification of the information provided in the application. Required documents generally consist of the interview call letter, valid photo ID proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, or passport), educational certificates, category or caste certificates (if required), and the other documents as mentioned in the official notification. Candidates will be classified as qualified or unqualified depending on the authenticity and completeness of their documents. Not submitting proper or genuine documents could lead to the cancellation of candidature.
