IBPS RRB PO Notification 2026 Syllabus

The IBPS RRB PO Notification 2026 syllabus covers both the Prelims and Mains exams, each with distinct subjects and topics. The Prelims exam consists of 80 questions (40 from each section) to be completed in 45 minutes with negative marking of 0.25 marks for wrong answers. 

In the Prelims Examination there are s sections: Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Reasoning Ability includes Blood Relation, Syllogism, Order and Ranking, Coding-Decoding, Puzzles, Seating Arrangements, etc. Quantitative Aptitude covers Number Series, Data Interpretation, Quadratic Equations, Simplification and Approximation, Basic Calculation, Speed Time & Distance, etc.

In Mains Examination, there are 5 sections, carrying a total of 200 marks with sectional timing for each section, with a total duration of 2 hours. Candidates can choose between English and Hindi for the language section. Negative marking of 0.25 applied to each incorrect responses.
