The IDBI Junior Assistant Manager salary structure is as follows:

• Training Period: Candidates undergo a 6-month training period with a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month.
• Internship Period: This is followed by a 2-month internship with a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month.
• Full-Time Salary: Once the training and internship are completed, the candidates are absorbed as Junior Assistant Managers with a Cost to Company (CTC) salary ranging from Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh per annum in Class A cities. This salary includes various components such as basic pay, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, special allowance, and performance-linked incentives.
