Selection of candidates for IRDAI Assistant Manager posts will be based on preliminary exam, Descriptive exam followed by Interview. The Phase 1 Exam is a qualifying one and will be used to shortlist the qualified candidates for the second phase - Descriptive Test. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the combined score of the candidates in the second phase - IRDAI AM Descriptive Exam and interview.
