SBI CBO Exam Pattern 2026
- The exam consists of 120 MCQ-type questions. Additionally, all these questions are available in two languages, i.e., Hindi and English.
- Further, candidates get 2 hours to answer all the questions. Therefore, they must practice solving questions in a time-bound manner during their preparation phase to improve their time management skills.
- The exam is held online. Therefore, candidates must consider taking multiple mock tests to familiarise themselves with the exam environment.
- Candidates get 1 mark for each correct answer. So it is recommended that candidates participate in test series to enhance their speed and accuracy.
- There will be no sectional qualifying marks. There is minimum qualifying marks on aggregate
and the minimum qualifying marks will be as decided by the Bank.

SBI CBO Interview 2026
The SBI CBO (Circle Based Officer) interview is the final and important stage of the SBI CBO recruitment process, carrying 50 marks. Candidates who clear the online examination and screening process are shortlisted for this interview. SBI CBO Interview 2026 tests candidates' communication skills, leadership qualities, emotional strength, and interpersonal abilities essential for banking professionals.
The marks attained by the candidates in the online written test and interview, with a 75:25 marks weightage, will determine the final merit list. The selection will be based entirely on the top-ranked candidates in the merit list State and Category wise. state and category.

Local Language Test 2026
The purpose of the SBI CBO Local Language Test is to determine a candidate's competence in the local language of the area for which they have applied. It is a crucial part of the selection process since it assesses their reading, writing, and understanding in that language.
The Local Language Test is required for candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted following the online test, screening, and interview. However, this rule does not apply to those who have taken the appropriate local language as a course in their 10th or 12th grade and are able to provide a legitimate grade sheet or certificate to support this.
