CS Executive Company Law and Practice Subject Topics

The CS Executive June 2025 exam will be conducted based on the new syllabus introduced in 2022. This syllabus is divided into two modules:

Group I  , which consists of four subjects, and Group II , which includes three subjects. Company Law and Practice is the 2nd subject under Group II. The topics covered in the Company Law and Practice syllabus and their marks distribution are detailed in the table below.
