Delhi University Application Form : DU Admission 2023 (DU) has begun the process for all Undergraduate (UG) programs for the 2023-24 academic year. If you want to apply, you should know there are two phases: Phase 1 for registrations and Phase 2 for filling in your preferences for colleges and programs. The last date for completing these phases has been extended to July 26. On July 29, the university will release a "Simulated List," which will give you an idea of the courses and colleges you may get based on your preferences and marks. Then, on August 01, the "CSAS(UG) 2023 First Allocation List" will be released. This list will show you the actual college and program you have been allocated based on your merit and availability of seats.

DU Admission 2023: UG Eligibility Criteria

• For DU Admission 2023 to all Undergraduate (UG) courses, the main eligibility criterion is to pass the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board of education.

• To be eligible for B.Tech admission, candidates need to have completed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects. They must also have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate to qualify for the B.Tech program.

• To get admission in the B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education) program, candidates need to have passed the Intermediate examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

• To be eligible for PG admission at DU, you need to have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• For the admission process in the year 2023, Delhi University will consider the scores from the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) for PG courses.

• Half of the seats, which is 50% of the total intake, will be filled through a combination of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores and Interview/Group Discussion.

• The other 50% of the seats will be directly filled by admitting students from Delhi University only, based on their merit.

Phase 1: Delhi University 2023 CSAS Application Form

• To apply for admission, aspirants need to fill out the Delhi University application form on the centralized admission portal and pay a one-time non-refundable application fee.
• ECA and sports quota candidates are required to pay an extra fee in addition to the regular admission fee.

Phase 2: Delhi University 2023 Selection of Courses and College Preferences

• The second phase will begin once the CUET examination results are announced.
• Once the CUET results are declared, eligible candidates will need to choose their courses and indicate their preferred colleges on the centralized CSAS portal.

Phase 3: Delhi University 2023 Seat Allocation and Final Admission

• The merit list will be announced based on the scores obtained in the CUET examination.
• The university will conduct several rounds of seat allotment.
• Candidates need to regularly check the CSAS dashboard to see if they have been allotted a seat. If they receive a seat, they must accept it on or before the specified date for that particular round.
• The seat allocation process takes into account various factors, including the combination of college and program chosen by the candidate, their position on the merit list, their category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR), and the availability of seats. These factors collectively determine the seat allocation for each candidate.
• Once a candidate accepts the allocated seat, the university will proceed to verify their eligibility and documents. After receiving the payment of the fee, the admission will be confirmed.

• To apply for UG admissions, candidates need to visit the official CUET UG website, which is cuet.samarth.ac.in.

• To apply for PG admissions, you should visit the official CUET PG website at cuet.nta.nic.in.

• When you open the website, you will see a 'Register' tab. Just click on it to proceed with the registration process.

• Once candidates have read and understood the information, they should click the 'Proceed' button to continue with the process.

• After clicking the 'Proceed' button, candidates will be taken to the application form. They need to fill in all the required details carefully on the form.

• Once candidates have filled in all the necessary details, they must proceed to upload important documents such as their signature, photograph, marksheet, etc. It's essential to upload all the required documents accurately.

• Candidates must pay the application fee while submitting the form. If the application fee is not paid, the Online Application Form will not be considered.

• After submitting the fee, candidates should print out the form and keep a hard copy for future reference.

• To begin the admission process, visit either the official website of Delhi University, which is admission.uod.ac.in, or the CSAS portal at cuet.samarth.ac.in.

• To start, click on "Register" in the menu bar.

• Carefully read all the information and then click on "proceed".

• Enter your personal and academic details.

• Submit the necessary documents, including your photograph, signature, class X marksheet, and category certificate.

• Pay the application fee using methods like credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.

• Submit the application form.

• Make sure to print the application form for future reference.
