NIFT Entrance Exam 2024 Tie-Breaker Policy
If two or more candidates achieve identical scores, the determination of merit ranks will adhere to the following tie-breaking criteria:- Priority will be given to the marks attained by the candidate in assessments carrying higher weightage. For instance, in the B.Des program, performance in the CAT exam will serve as the initial differentiator.
- Should equality persist in CAT scores, the marks secured in the GAT will then be evaluated.
- If the tie remains unresolved, the subsequent step involves assessing subject-wise scores in the following sequence: Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Analytical Ability, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs.
NIFT 2024 Final Results
