IIT Bombay has released the seat allotment for UCEED 2024 Round III on June 10, 2024, with a direct link for downloading the seat-allotment PDF. No login credentials are needed for access. Candidates allotted seats in Round III of UCEED Counselling 2024 were required to pay the seat acceptance fee between June 10 and 14, 2024. Withdrawal of seats for Round III can be processed from June 15 to 19, 2024 (6 pm). For the open category, the seat acceptance fee is INR 60,000, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates need to pay INR 15,000. Seat allotments are based on All India Rank, reservation category, and institute seat availability. UCEED counseling is conducted online via a Joint Seat Allotment process across five rounds. Round I & II seat allotments were declared on April 10 & May 10, 2024, respectively. The registration for UCEED 2024 counseling was open from March 14 to April 2, 2024. Age Limit
- General, EWS, and OBC-NCL category: Candidates must be born on or after October 1, 1999.
- SC, ST, and PwD category: Candidates must be born on or after October 1, 1994.
UCEED 2023 Qualification
- Candidates must have obtained a rank in UCEED 2024 to be eligible for counseling.
Qualifying Examination
- Candidates must have passed all five subjects in 10+2 or an equivalent exam in 2023 or 2024. Those who first appeared in the qualifying examination in 2022 or earlier are not eligible.
- Science stream candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible for all five participating institutes.
- Candidates from other streams (Science without Mathematics or Physics or Chemistry, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) can apply to IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Hyderabad.
- For BDes at IIITDM Jabalpur, only candidates with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology at 10+2 are eligible.
- Arts or Humanities students at 10+2 are not eligible for BDes admissions at IIITDM Jabalpur.
Appearing for the Qualifying Exam in 2024
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam in 2024 must ensure all parts are completed by the application date.
- Proof of passing the qualifying exam with required eligibility must be submitted to the admitting institute by September 30, 2023.
- If the qualifying Examination Board only provides letter grades without specifying a passing grade, candidates must obtain a certificate from the Board specifying the passing grade and upload it along with the grade sheet.
