- Candidates who have migrated from Burma can only appear for the UP Higher Judicial Services Exam 2024.
- According to the UP HJS age limit criteria , candidates must be born on or after 02.01.1976 and not later than 01.01.1986. For relaxation categories, the candidates must be 02.01.1973 and not later than 01.01.1986

The UP HJS exam includes a three-tier selection process namely, prelims, mains, and interview rounds. To qualify for the UP HJS mains examination candidates have to score a minimum of 45% marks in the prelims. To clear the UP HJS mains exam, candidates need at least 40% marks in each paper and 45% marks in aggregate of four papers of the UP HJS mains examination.
