NEET Syllabus 2026The NEET exam is very important for students who want to become doctors or dentists in India. Every year, lakhs of students prepare for this exam. The NEET syllabus tells you what topics you need to study in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from Class 11 and Class 12.

As of now, the NEET 2026 syllabus has not been officially released by NTA (National Testing Agency). But don’t worry! We expect that the official syllabus will come out in December 2025. Till then, we can follow the NEET 2025 syllabus. There were no changes in the last two years, so chances are low that NEET 2026 will be different.

NEET Syllabus 2026 Overview

The NEET 2026 syllabus includes three main subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, covering chapters from Class 11 and Class 12 NCERT textbooks. The syllabus is designed to test a student's understanding of fundamental concepts.

Biology is the most important section in NEET exam. It carries 50% weightage of the entire paper (90 questions). The questions come from both Botany and Zoology.
