The GATE 2027 notification and information brochure have been released by IIT Madras, the organising institute for GATE 2027. Along with them, the list of Examination Cities has also been published to help candidates select their preferred exam cities while filling out the application form. The final allotted examination centre will be communicated through the GATE 2027 admit card.
The tentative GATE 2027 exam city list covers eight zones managed by the coordinating IITs and IISc, with multiple exam cities across India. IIT Madras has released the GATE 2027 exam city list. GATE 2027 will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) on the tentative dates of 6, 7, 13 and 14 February 2027. Yes. Candidates can change their preferred GATE 2027 exam city during the official application correction window announced by IIT Madras. Requests submitted after the correction window closes will not be accepted. The revised exam city will be allotted subject to availability, and the final allotted examination centre will be mentioned on the admit card.
