GSL Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2025

• Age Limit:

• 33 years for SC/ST, 31 years for OBC, and 28 years for UR as on 31 July 2025.

• Educational Qualification:

• For Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Robotics: B.E./B.Tech. in respective subject with at least 60% marks.

• For Naval Architecture: B.E./B.Tech. in Naval Architecture with 60% marks.

• For Finance: Graduation + Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICMA).

GSL MT Salary 2025

The initial monthly pay for Management Trainees is ₹40,000 in the E-1 grade. After completion of training, candidates may be absorbed as Assistant Managers with a pay scale of ₹40,000-₹1,40,000, with an annual CTC of ₹15.4 lakhs per annum.

GSL MT Selection Process 2025
