IIT BHU Varanasi is accepting online applications from students for M.Tech admission in various specializations. The Institute offers PG courses in 11 Engineering Departments, three Science and Humanistic Studies Departments, and three Interdisciplinary Schools.
The admission procedure for the postgraduate program has been commenced by the institute on its official portal https://pgadmission.iitbhu.ac.in. The seats to postgraduate courses are offered via GATE Score followed by

M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees are available in postgraduate courses. Admission to the M.Tech program is achieved through the Indian Institutes of Technology's Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
