IIT Hyderabad M.Tech Placements: The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad offers record placements to M.Tech students in all the departments among the top prestigious companies. During the IIT Hyderabad placement drive 2023, the maximum salary offered was INR 65.46 lakhs per annum (LPA), and the average salary was INR 20.46 LPA. A total of 781 students applied for placements, with 666 being placed. The placement drive attracted 141 organizations, and 586 students received offers, including 46 overseas offers.

The college has 14 BTech programs and 23 M.Tech programs. In 2023, the number of students placed during placements climbed by 14%, while the number of companies visiting the college increased by 2%.

The IIT Hyderabad placement campaign was divided into two phases: Phase One (July 2022 to December 2022) and Phase Two (January 2023 to April 2023). The common sectors for Phase One job interviews were IT, Circuit, PSU, Core, Automotive, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Pharma, R&D, Construction, and Education. Between January and April, employment interviews for Phase Two were held, and in addition to the industries covered in Phase One, education, manufacturing, and startups were also included.

The Office of Career Services (OCS) at IIT Hyderabad Placement is a department that aims to build a clear hiring procedure for the institute.
