Documents Required for CCMT Counselling 2026
Candidates must keep the following document ready while registering on the CCMT Counselling Portal. Individuals failing to produce the required documents lead to rejection of application:
- 10th Class Mark Sheet
- 12th Class Mark Sheet
- Graduation (BE/B.Tech) Mark Sheets
- GATE 2026 Score Card
- Passport-size colored photograph
- Signature (scanned format)

List of Documents Required for Physical Verification at Allotted Institute
After the release of the seat allotment, candidates are required to report to the allotted institutes with the following documents. The authorities will verify the documents and confirm the seat allotment:
- Printout of the CCMT 2026 Application Form and choice filling form.
- Printout of the Provisional Seat Allotment letter downloaded from the CCMT website.
- Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard (last three years)
- Valid Identification documents issued by the government such as Aadhar Card, Electoral ID, Driving License, Passport, etc.
- Final year students need to submit proof of passing by September.
- Birth certificate or Class X (High School) marks sheet/passing certificate as proof of date of birth
- Mark sheet of Class XII
- Mark sheets of the qualifying examination (all semesters)
- Original Degree certificate (if received)
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate (if applicable)
- OBC-NCL/EWS certificate issued on or after April 1, 2026
- Seat Acceptance Payment Slip
- Passport size photographs (03)
- Character Certificate issued by the Head of the institution
- Transfer certificate issued by the Head of the institution
