• The final selection will be based on GATE 2023 scores and the applicants performance in Group Discussions and Interviews.

2. Educational Qualifications: Applicants must submit all mark sheets and certificates of educational qualifications from grade 10th onwards. For a diploma, degree, or postgraduate degree, applicants should provide individual mark sheets of all semesters or years or a consolidated mark sheet showing details of all semesters or years marks and all subjects studied.

If the university does not issue individual mark sheets for each semester or year, a provisional diploma or degree certificate may be submitted.

3. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC Non-Creamy Layer): Applicants should provide their caste certificate [SC/ST/OBC Non-Creamy Layer] issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format, which can be downloaded from the MRPL site.
4. PWD Certificate: A PWD certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format is required.
5. Ex-serviceman: Applicants must submit relevant documents issued by the competent authority that confirm their status as ex-servicemen.
6. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Applicants who are already employed in any central or state government, public sector enterprise, or autonomous body should mandatorily produce the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE at the time of the interview.

MRPL Recruitment Through GATE 2023 Salary

Applicants selected through the MRPL recruitment through GATE 2023 will initially serve a probationary period in Grade A with a decent pay scale of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000, in accordance with company rules.
