Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria regarding age, academic qualification, mandatory certifications, and professional experience as on 01.10.2026.

SOC (Security Operations Centre) Analyst

• Age Limit: 24 - 35 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / CE / IT / ECE / IS / EE / Cyber Security; OR MCA; OR PG degree in Computer Science / IT / Cyber Security / Information Security / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Software Engineering / ECE (minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade).

• Mandatory Certification: CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent cyber security certification.

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in IT / Cyber Security roles, handling security solutions and risk identification.

Information Security Analyst

• Age Limit: 24 - 35 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / CE / IT / ECE / IS / EE / Cyber Security; OR MCA; OR PG degree in CS / IT / Cyber Security / Information Security / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Software Engineering / ECE (minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade).

• Mandatory Certification: CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certification in Information Security / IT Risk / Compliance.

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Information Security / IT Risk / Cyber Security roles.

Network Security Analyst

• Age Limit: 26 - 38 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / CE / IT / ECE / IS / EE / Cyber Security; OR MCA; OR PG degree in CS / IT / Cyber Security / Information Security / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Software Engineering / ECE (minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade).

• Mandatory Certification: CCNP Security or equivalent certification in network / infrastructure security.

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT experience and minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in network security handling security solutions.

Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester

• Age Limit: 25 - 35 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / CE / IT / ECE / IS / EE / Cyber Security; OR MCA; OR PG degree in CS / IT / Cyber Security / Information Security / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Software Engineering / ECE (minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade).

• Mandatory Certification: CEH, OSCP, ECSA, or equivalent certification in penetration testing / offensive security.

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) / Ethical Hacking.

Lead Auditor

• Age Limit: 32 - 45 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CSE / ECE / IT; OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / ECE.

• Mandatory Certification: CISA (Mandatory), plus at least one of: CISSP; ISO 27001 Lead Auditor; Lead Implementer and CISA.

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years conducting technology/IS audits in the BFSI sector.

Cyber & Network Security Specialist

• Age Limit: 30 - 45 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CSE / ECE / IT; OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Master’s in Computer Science / IT / ECE.

• Mandatory Certification: CISA (Mandatory), plus at least one of: CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISM.

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 6 years handling network devices, cyber security consulting, ISMS management, SOC/VAPT; including at least 3 years in technology/IS audit.

IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist

• Age Limit: 30 - 45 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CSE / ECE / IT; OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Master's in Computer Science / IT / ECE.

• Mandatory Certification: CISA (Mandatory), plus at least one of: CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, PCI DSS implementation certification (PCIP/ISA/QSA/CPISI).

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 6 years handling CBS and payment channels (SWIFT, ATM, Internet/Mobile Banking, UPI/IMPS), IT infrastructure, and virtualization; including at least 3 years in technology/IS audit.

Cyber Security Analyst

• Age Limit: 24 - 32 years

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in CSE / ECE / IT; OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Master's in Computer Science / IT / ECE.

• Mandatory Certification: At least one of: CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Database Certification (Oracle / Microsoft SQL), Cloud Certification (AWS / GCP / Microsoft Azure / Oracle).

NABARD Remuneration and Contract Details

The positions are offered on a contractual basis for an initial term of 02 years, extendable annually up to a maximum total period of 05 years based on performance review.

NABARD Selection Process 2026

The selection process for specialist posts on contract does not involve a written examination.

The selection stages follow the sequence outlined below:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience in a ratio of 1:3.

2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview before the selection panel.

3. NOC Submission: Candidates serving in Government, Quasi-Government, PSUs, Nationalized Banks, or Financial Institutions must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) at the time of interview.

4. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination conducted by the Bank's Medical Officer.
