• Applicants should have a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology/BSc (Engineering) from a recognized university with a valid GATE score, or a Master's Degree in a science field with a minimum of 60% or above scores (CGPA 6.5) or equivalent, along with a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR fellowship.
• International students applying through the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, must possess qualifications equivalent to the aforementioned criteria.
• Applicants sponsored by UGC/AICTE-approved technical institutes, possessing the same academic qualifications as required above and preferably two years of full-time work experience, are eligible to apply for the M.Tech. program. A valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR fellowship is not mandatory.

If, at any point, it is found that an applicant does not meet the specified requirements, the Chairman of BOAC may revoke their admission to the program with the approval of the Director.
