As part of NMDC recruitment through GATE 2024, Executive Trainees will be offered a competitive salary package. They will receive a basic pay of ₹50,000 per month (approximately) along with Dearness Allowances (IDA) in accordance with the company's policies.

• Following the successful completion of their one-year training program, these Executive Trainees will be designated as Assistant Managers, with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 per month (approximately). Their initial basic pay will be fixed at Rs. 60,000 per month.
• Post-training, they will be entitled to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, perquisites through the Cafeteria Approach, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Performance-Related Pay (PRP), and various other allowances and benefits as per the rules and regulations of NMDC.
