Stage 2: Uploading of Documents

• Educational Qualification - First-class B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science & Engg./ Information Technology or a combination thereof with a minimum of 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized University or institution.

NSIC Recruitment through GATE Selection Process

The selection process for the post of Assistant Manager in NSIC Ltd. consists of 70% weightage of GATE score and 30% weightage of Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates. The shortlisting of applicants will be done through a normalized GATE Score out of 100.

The candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a ratio of at least 1:5 or a ratio of a maximum of 1:7 to the number of posts advertised. However, the Management reserves the right to devise its criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for a Personal Interview.

NSIC Recruitment through GATE Salary

Candidates selected for the post of Assistant Manager will be paid a compensation package of Rs. 30,000-1,20,000 at E-0 grade. The salary package will include Basic pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Perquisites and Allowances as per the cafeteria approach, EPF, Gratuity, etc. In addition, Performance Related Pay will be applicable as per the Rules of the Corporation. The annual CTC of the selected candidates will be Rs. 9.52 lakhs (approx.).
