RITES Recruitment through GATE 2023 Training
Applicants are expected to complete a 2-month training program. Following successful training, they will be recruited for the position of Engineer on probation for a period of 1 year. Subsequently, applicants will undergo a screening test at the end of the probationary period. Those who pass the screening test will receive confirmation, while those who do not may have their probation extended until they meet the necessary requirements.RITES Recruitment through GATE 2023 Salary
For applicants selected via RITES Recruitment through GATE 2023, the salary package includes a pay scale of Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 during the training period, commencing with a basic pay of Rs. 40,000 per month (approximately). Furthermore, applicants will be eligible to receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) during their training phase. Upon successfully completing the training period, applicants will be hired as Engineers with a competitive IDA pay scale ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000. The RITES salary package will also include:- Basic pay and Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Fixed and variable allowances, as applicable within the scale
- Performance-related pay
- Access to medical facilities
- The choice of either House Rent Allowance (HRA) or lease accommodation
