Educational Qualification

• Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• M.Tech in the relevant discipline is mandatory as follows:

1. Geo-Technical Engineering: M.Tech in Geo-Technical Engineering
2. Structural Engineering: M.Tech in Structural Engineering
3. Hydrology: M.Tech (preferably in Hydrology, Water Resources, or Dam Safety & Rehabilitation)
4. Seismology: M.Tech in Earthquake Engineering / Dam Safety & Rehabilitation

• Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Rocscience, Phase 2, Staad.pro, etc.) is required.

Age Limit

The maximum age of candidates should not exceed 30 years as on 11th July 2025. Age relaxation for reserved categories is applicable as per the government norms.

THDC Field Engineer Selection Process 2025

Candidates will be selected purely through a Personal Interview, and shortlisting for the interview will be based on the information provided in the application form.

To qualify for the Interview, candidates from the General category must secure at least 50% marks, while those belonging to SC, ST, PwBD, or Ex-Servicemen categories need a minimum of 40%.

THDC Field Engineer Salary 2025

Candidates selected for the Field Engineer role in THDC India Limited will receive the monthly consolidated salary as indicated below:

• Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 53,580 per month.
• Conveyance Reimbursement: Up to Rs. 6,620 per month for four-wheelers or Rs. 3,140 per month for two-wheelers.
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): As per the classification of the posting city, if company accommodation is not provided.
• EPF: 12% employer contribution in addition to fixed pay.
• Medical Facility: OPD for self, spouse, and two dependent children; IPD coverage up to Rs. 5 lakhs per annum.
• Insurance: Group Personal Accident Insurance and EDLI coverage.
• Leaves: Casual, Optional, and Earned Leave as per company policy.
