Candidates selected for the post of Engineer Trainee will receive a very attractive pay package with a basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 3%-1,60,000 (IDA) (E2 Grade) during the period of training period of one year. These individuals will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Assistant Manager in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA).
