Important Note: No requests for changing the allotted date or time of the Personality Test will be entertained by the Commission under any circumstances.

Age & Name Proof: Matriculation/Secondary School Leaving Certificate (10th standard).
Educational Qualification: Original B.E. / B.Tech degree or provisional degree certificate along with mark sheets for all semesters.
Category Certificate: Valid SC, ST, OBC, or EWS certificate issued by competent authority in the prescribed Central Government format.
PwBD Certificate: Benchmark Disability Certificate, if applicable.
Photo ID: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Driving License).
Detailed Application Form (DAF): Printout of the submitted DAF module along with uploaded document receipts.
NOC / Experience Proof: No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates currently employed in Government, PSU, or Autonomous bodies.
Outstation candidates appearing for the UPSC Engineering Services Interview Date are eligible for reimbursement of travel expenses under specific conditions:
Reimbursement Eligibility: Second/Sleeper Class train fare (or Second Class Rail fare by shortest route) is payable to outstation candidates not currently employed with Central or State Governments.
Air Travel Limits: Travel by air is reimbursable only up to the equivalent of Second Class Rail fare along the shortest route, provided valid air tickets and boarding passes are submitted.
Form Submission: Fill out the TA Bill Form at the venue and submit original travel tickets alongside a cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy for direct bank transfer.
