Required Documents for NITs, GFTIs, and IIITs

The verification process at the centre includes checking the authenticity of documents such as certificates, mark sheets, identity proof, category certificates, and other documents. Candidates can check the list of documents for JoSAA Counselling at NITs, GFITs, and IIITs.

Qualified candidates need to follow the below steps to participate in JoSAA counselling process
  • Online Registration: Candidates have to register at the official website of JoSAA at josaa.nic.in.
  • Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates need to enter their preferred colleges and courses at the official website.
  • Seat Allotment: Based on rank, preference, and seat availability, candidates will be allotted seats.
  • Document Verification: Candidates need to verify their documents at the verification centre.
  • Reporting to the Assigned College: Selected candidates need to report to the assigned colleges with the documents.
