JAIIB 2024 Exam Passing Criteria
The passing criteria under the revised JAIIB syllabus for 2024 are as follows:- The minimum mark required to qualify for each paper of JAIIB is 50 out of 100.
- Candidates who secure at least 45 marks in each subject, with an aggregate of 50% marks in all subjects of the examination in a single attempt, will also be declared as having passed the examination.
- It's important to note that there is NO NEGATIVE marking in the JAIIB Exam.
JAIIB Exam 2024 Credits and Revised Syllabus
If a candidate has successfully passed Paper 1 (PPB) and Paper 2 (AFM) in the previous syllabus within 4 attempts and a 2-year span, they will receive credits for the corresponding subjects under the revised syllabus for May 2024. Consequently, such candidates are not required to appear for these two papers under the revised syllabus. JAIIB 2024 Exam Attempts for Passing JAIIB
The time-limit rule under the revised syllabus for the JAIIB exam is as follows:- A candidate will have 5 attempts to complete the JAIIB exam, within a maximum period of three years, whichever is earlier, starting from the time of initial registration for the exam. These 5 attempts need not be consecutive.
- Candidates who are unable to pass the exam within the maximum stipulated time period of 3 years or 5 attempts, whichever is earlier, will be required to re-enroll themselves afresh. In such cases, credit for subjects passed earlier will not be granted.
- The time limit of 3 years or 5 attempts, whichever is earlier, will commence from the date of registration for the first attempt. Attempts will be counted based on the application for the exam, irrespective of whether the candidate appears for any examination or not.
