Delhi APP Vacancy 2026

The Delhi APP Vacancy 2026 offers a total of 140 Assistant Public Prosecutor vacancies across different categories. The highest number of vacancies is available under the UR category with 50 posts, followed by OBC with 37 posts and SC with 30 posts. Additionally, 8 vacancies are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as per the recruitment provisions.

Delhi APP Eligibility 2026

Educational Qualification

Candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.

• Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

• Minimum experience: Usually 3 years of practice as an Advocate in criminal law matters (as per previous notifications).
