After clearing the mains exam, candidates are eligible for the interview rounds where they are tested on their personality, communication skills, and knowledge of the law subjects.

The Punjab Judiciary Exam is a prestigious post under the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The total number of vacancies released is 159 and the application process is done through online mode. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must be within the age bracket of 21 years to 37 years (age relaxation to reserved categories) and must have an LLB degree from a recognized university. Candidates are required to clear all three stages of the selection process of the Punjab Judiciary Exam 2024 . In the prelims, the questions are focused on general knowledge and basic law and are objective. For the mains, candidates have to brush up their law knowledge as there are three separate papers based on it. The Punjab Judiciary Prelims Exam consists of 125 objective questions . The questions are based on current affairs, criminal, and civil law. The maximum mark for the paper is 500 with negative marking applicable for incorrect answers.

  • The total marks allotted to Paper I to Paper IV are 200 , while Paper V is 150 marks.
