Tie-Breaking Rule for MH CET 5-Year LLB Final Merit List 2025
In case two or more candidates score the same marks in the MH CET 5-year LLB exam, the final merit list will be prepared based on the following criteria.
- Candidates who got higher marks in class 12th get the preference.
- If the tie continues, candidates who have scored higher marks in the First Language Examination under the Marathi Board will be given preference over students from other educational boards.
- If the tie persists, the marks of the best five subjects will be taken into account for candidates who have completed their Class 12 under the CBSE or ICSE boards.
